Group Tours

The Clinton County Historical Society invites travel agents and tour bus operators to consider visiting our beautiful Central Pennsylvania Region. We will create a wonderful day-long experience, starting with a tour of the Historical Society's Heisey House Museum and Ice House, with the option of progressing to our other properties including the Barton Street School, Farrandsville Iron Furnace, and Castanea Railroad Station.

Please call 570-748-7254 or e-mail [email protected] in advance to book your tour of 8 or more; all our group guided tours begin at the Heisey House Museum and are customized to meet your needs. Most tours of the house take about two hours. We welcome picnic lunches on the grounds, which are equipped with picnic tables. We encourage people to visit our gift shop. If you decide not to tour our other properties, we encourage you to explore nearby downtown Lock Haven, visit the Piper Aviation Museum, or just take a stroll along the river and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Central Pennsylvania.
Group tour admission is $3 per person with complimentary admission for tour leaders and bus drivers.

School Tours

We encourage participation by area school districts and work closely with educators to offer the children a memorable and educational experience of their visit to our Society. As with group tours, we customize your tour and ask you call ahead to make reservations.
