The Barton Street School

The Barton Street School House is a one room schoolhouse dating from 1874.  It was transferred to the Historical Society in 1995 and houses memorabilia from local fire companies, early 20th century Lock Haven history, and the military.​

Tuesday: 10 - 3 PM
Thursday: 10 - 3 PM

Closed December 15, 2025 through February 2, 2026. Reopening to the public on February 3, 2026. We will be checking email and phone messages during this time.
