Let us know if we can help you. Research inquiries are directed to one of our volunteers. We attempt to answer all inquiries.
Research days and hours are: By appointment on Tuesday and Thursday from 12 PM until 3 PM and Wednesday from 9 AM until 12 PM. If you want to use other resources in the community please note the Clinton County Court House closes at 12 PM on Wednesday and the Annie Halenbake Ross Library closes by 2 PM on Wednesday.
The best way to utilize your research time is to make an appointment a week in advance of your visit to our archives. E-mail the date and time of your visit and include basic information about the subject of your search to info@clintonpahistory.org. We are an all volunteer staff and an appointment will ensure our facility is open and assistance is scheduled for your visit.

- Copy of your Pedigree Chart or Family Group Sheet (if possible) so we don't duplicate any information
- Your name, address, telephone number

- Birth Announcement, Marriage Announcement, and Obituary - $5.00
- First hour of Research - $25
- Per hour of Research - $15
