January 2024:
January 22, 2025 - Annual Meeting at 12:00 p.m. at the Poorman Gallery, 352 East Water Street Lock Haven, PA. Reservations required by January 17, 2025 by emailing us at [email protected] or calling 570-748-7254.
All members must have a valid membership, be present and identify themselves in order to be able to vote.
The agenda includes annual reports, election of Directors, by-laws change, sign dedication at the Gallery and a light lunch.
The Directors slate is 3 year terms for James Berkebile, Carol Hanna, Janine Bruno, Kathy Arndt and Lou Widmann. 1 year term for Larry Ferree to fill vacant position.
Change to by-laws article III, section 3 - attendance and voting at meetings can be in person or via electronic devices.
